Pennyfy Market is a gamified, entertainment-based prediction platform that allows users to forecast outcomes of real-world events using virtual points "Pennyfy Market Points (PP)". The top users who have the most accurate predictions of an event have the chance to win prizes after the event occurs.
The Platform does NOT provide:
- Gambling, betting, or financial trading services
- Real-money risk or reward activities
All activities are for entertainment, educational, and informational purposes only.
Pennyfy Market Points:
- Have no monetary value
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or financial instruments
- Cannot be withdrawn or transferred
You acknowledge that participation on the Platform does not involve real-money risk or reward.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts
- Impersonate another person
- Share or sell your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of any of these without notice.
3. Pennyfy Market Points
Pennyfy Market Points are a non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use virtual credits within the Platform.
Points are used for:
- Participating in prediction markets
- Competing on leaderboards
Points:
- Do not constitute property or financial assets
- Cannot be redeemed for money
- May be modified, reset, or removed at any time
We retain full control over the issuance and use of points.
4. Gameplay, Predictions, and Market Resolution
The Platform allows users to engage in prediction activities across categories such as:

- All decisions regarding outcome resolutions, scoring and timing are final and binding
We reserve sole discretion in:

Leaderboard Reward Structure
Where applicable, Pennyfy Market may implement a tiered leaderboard reward system:
- Highest-level recognition badge (e.g., "Chairman")
- Featured placement on the Platform leaderboard
- Eligibility for premium non-monetary rewards (e.g., exclusive access, sponsored gifts, or partner promotions)
- High-ranking badge (e.g., "Odogwu")
- Prominent leaderboard placement
- Eligibility for select promotional or sponsored rewards
- Recognition badge (e.g., "Chief")
- Leaderboard visibility
- Eligibility for limited promotional rewards or platform perks
